I saw this advertisement, today. Looks like someone is ready to go back to the bad-old-days where home-buyers didn't have to risk anything to get into a house.
I suspect that if you are reading this blog, then you already know that I finalized the purchase of a nice little house in Sunnyvale, last week. But, it would be silly of me to omit big events from my blog just because people know. :)
I'm at the title company waiting for my meeting to start. Very exciting!
Had house inspectors crawling around my (hopefully) future home.
Every time I move two steps closer, I move one step back. But, at least I am moving in the right direction. I figured the first photo should leave a lot to the imagination so here is a floor-plan.
